Terms and Conditions – Subscription for Early Childhood Toolbox - Nourish Nutrition Services.

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to our Nourish Nutrition Services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This subscription grants you access to exclusive nutrition resources designed for early childhood education settings, including staff webinars, classroom learning experiences, newsletter content, parent handouts, and menu assessment tools.

2. License & Permitted Use

Your subscription provides a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the resources for educational purposes within your registered early learning setting. Access to these materials is only permitted while holding a valid, active subscription. If your subscription expires, is canceled, or is not renewed, you must discontinue the use of all resources obtained through this service, including downloaded materials and previously accessed content.

3. Subscription Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Nourish Nutrition Services to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal fee at the then-current rate. If payment fails, your access may be suspended until the issue is resolved. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period. Upon cancellation, access to all resources will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All content provided under this subscription, including but not limited to lesson plans, handouts, webinars, and menu assessment tools, remains the intellectual property of Nourish Nutrition Services. Resources may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed outside of the subscribed educational setting. Unauthorised use of materials after subscription termination may result in legal action.

6. Amendments to Terms

Nourish Nutrition Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.
